UNICOWS.DLL

Every msn messenger I have installed gives me this response when I try to
access messenger ... UNICOWS.DLL ... any thoughts please as this is doing my
head in, as all the family use messenger

i had the same problem...this is what fixed it for me:
right click on the msnmsgr.exe file, then click on the
compatibility tab and make sure the "run in compatibility
mode" is not checked.
