At the following site below, microsoft lists the Byte Order Marks as follows:
Big Endian - FFFE
Little Endian - FEF

However, in the vb.Net help, it lists them as reverse and using the Encoding
class and the .GetPreamble method, it also gives FEFF for Big Endian and FFFE
for little endian. Is this an error on Microsoft's part at the above website
or am I missing something?
