Select the rows on each side of the hidden row/rows and right click and
select unhide.

Perhaps you have some cells merged or something like that?

Have you tried left clicking on the sheet in the spot kitty corner to 1 and
A to select the whole sheet and then format cells unhide rows?

Try selecting the range that includes the hidden rows and choose Format,
rows, autofit. If a row accidently gets sized as something other than zero,
then unhide won't bring it back.
Good luck!

Bj This is a monthly report so I really do not remember, but there is a
pivot table on the sheet could that have something to do with it?

Another way that works for me is in the upper left corner find & select the
small square at the intersection of the columns and rows. Bring your curser
on the row side and right click select "Row Height" and enter something like
12.75. (If you put your curser over a colum e.g. A, B, C.... you can adjust
the column width.) This should bring everything selected to that row height.

I am having the same problem in several spreadsheets. I have tried all the
solutions offered, and nothing is working. Any more ideas?

I don't know waht all the solutions were, but if you've tried autofitting the
rows, maybe you just can't see the rows you want.

I'd try window|Unfreeze panes
then scroll a few times.

Thank you so much for all your suggestions. I have to confess, though, that
I have been a complete idiot, but have now solved the problem! Just in case
anyone else has done what I did, I will just ask one question: have you got
any filters applied? Enough said, I think! Oops.....
