unhide rows and highlight automatically?

Is there a quick way to unhide all rows in a given sheet
and highlight those same rows (so I know which rows I
haven't reviewed for ex.)?

Hi Dave
a non macro solution:
- first select your Data range (including the hidden cells/rows)
- Format with the color which you want foe the hidden rows
- hit F5, click 'Special' and choose 'only visible cells'
- Remove this color format
- unhide all rows
