unhandled exception ntdll.dll

recently I have been getting an error everytime I try to
start numerous programs including IE. The error is:
"The proceedure entry point RtUnhandledExceptionFilter
could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll"
Is it a case that the dll file is corrupt or is there a
problem with my software? Any ideas on how to fix the
problem without having to re-format and re-install
win2kPro?

If you have a file named uxtheme.dll on your system delete it or rename
it to uxtheme.old Uxtheme.dll is an XP file and doesn't belong to W2K.
