Unfolder a Folder?

Is there an easier way to Unfolder a Folder without manually removing each
item individually to a temporary location then back once the empty folder is
deleted? Thanks, K.

Can you not simply rename the folder?

Not a Word question, but you could select all of them and drag them to
the new location (such as the parent folder of the one you're
deleting) all at once.
