Unexpected restart

Does anyone know the meaning of below error message? My XP Pro always
restart automatically.

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 805682d1, parameter3
eec33918, parameter4 00000000.

Where do I start in trying to solve this?

Remarks: SP2 was installed

Event Viewer. Could be possible bad or poor performing ram , video driver or
software. Eliminate them one by one. JJ
