Unexpected login error. Status 3221225527

I get the following error when I attempt to log into my
clients machine: Unexpected login error. Status 3221225527

She has the Novell client installed however it was working
fine up until last friday. I cannot log in as a domain
admin or a local admin so I cannot scan for viruses. Any
help would be appreciated. Thanks.
