Unexpected error 0x800705AD preventing a move

When i move from one disk to another i get Unexpected error 0x800705AD:
Insufficent Quota to complete the requested service. But i don't have any
quotas, and theyre all local discs.

How could this be? A bug?

Wondering if you have any other storage devices attached such as a flash
drive or even a camera that may be populating in My Computer.

I've got it too on Ultimate. I first thought it was a problem with
SyncBackSE which I use for backups but soon discovered a Vista drag and drop
fails also.

How does one report a bug to Microsoft?

I had the same problem after upgrading from XP Pro. I reinstalled Ultimate
and the problem went away.
