unencrypting email?

I want to archive my Outlook email on another computer.
Some of the emails are encrypted (they can be read on the host computer).
Is there a way to remove the encryption so that I can read them on another
computer after I archive them and the host computer doesnt have the
encryption certificate?
thank you

I mean to say the backup computers does not have a certificate. The
original host computer does and I can read encrypted emails. But I like to
archive them and be able to read them years down the road even after the
certificate expires. thank you

I don't know of any good way to do that and I've been looking for a while.
The closest I can find is to build a new message from the old, adding the
sender's address to the From field, my address to the To field, the Subject,
and using Cut/Paste for the body. The problem is that no date is available
and the From becomes "on behalf of" the original sender.
