Undocking the Vista Quick Launch Toolbar

I would appreiciate some help with moving the Vista Quick Launch Toolbar from
the Taskbar to dock at the top of the screen. I have done this in every
version of Windows I have had which includes: 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP Home and
MCE. And in each of them moved the Quick Launch from the Taskbar to the top
of the screen. However Vista won't undock it from the taskbar. I unchecked
"Lock the Taskbar" already, I am no novice when it comes to tweaking Windows
to fit my needs perfectly.

Hi,

Currently, that function is not available. Like you, I do this frequently as
well and have already complained about it. Hopefully, it will be changed
before RTM.
