No, but if you have enabled the "Always create backup copy" option (Tools |
Options | Save), you can find the "Backup of <filename>.wbk" file and open
it; it will be the previous version, which you can then save under another
name. If you haven't enabled that option, now you know why you should!

If you have 'Always create backup copy' checked, then the folder containing
the document will also contain a file called 'Backup of ...' -- Use Windows
Explorer to rename that to the original name.
If the document is still open, you can undo all your changes then re-save.
