How do I revert a file to the last save in Word 2003

Is there a way to quickly revert a Word document to the last saved version?
I'll occassionally open a saved document to continue working on it. I'll
make a bunch of changes, then come to a point where I think about saving, but
decide to scrap all the changes. I want to go back to where I started with
the last save of the document. It's like going to the beginning of the undo
history in one step.
The only way I've found to accomplish the same end, is to close the document
without saving, then opening it again. This is unacceptable.

Click the arrow beside the Undo button, scroll down to the first (bottom)
item, and click on it. This will undo everything you've done since opening
the doc.
