undo desktop wizard

Another user logged into a workstation ran the desktop cleanup wizard,
which unfortunately removed icons from my desktop as well. How do I
"undo" the desktop wizard cleanup without manually recreating all the
icons?

There is no 'undo'. You'll have to recreate the icons.

The 'cleaned' icons should be in a folder on your desktop, or on the
other user's desktop.
