Undo Delete

I accidently deleted a bunch of records from Access. How do I get them back?
Undo does not work. I have left it alone since then. Please be gentle I know
how dumb this is.

Unless you have a backup copy of the database that has those records in it,
you don't get them back.

If you haven't compacted the database at all since deleting the records, a
professional service (will cost money) may be able to recover them for you.
