Absent any 3rd-party partitioning utility, the only way to convert a
partition from NTFS to FAT32 is to format it.

There is no "undo" command - in case you didn't read about it first, it is a
one way trip. You can save your important files, boot to the WinXP CD,
delete/recreate the partition and format FAT32, unless the partition is
greater 32GB, if so, then boot with an Win9x (Win98 or above) recovery
diskette, and delete/recreate/format partition. When done, boot with WinXP
CD and reinstall. Another option, go to your favorite software store and
buy PM 8.x or greater, and see if it may convert the file system back to
FAT32, it may it may not, but I'd backup my important files first.

Use a third party software package such as Partition Magic. It will take the
hard work out of the conversion. Remember to back up all important data
first - just in case!!
