How can I send an e-mail that is recongized as an Undisclosed Recipients so I
do not let some e-mail address be seen by others.

View menu - All Headers then fill in BCC. You still need one email address
for the To.

Create a group of regular recipients if you like, and send the email to
yourself and put the "Group" in BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). That way they
only see your email address but not each others.
