Undisclosed-Recipient

Hi,
How can I send an email out to a large number of my clients without
everybody seeing all of the email address's. I want the 'to' box to say
<Undisclosed-Recipient:;> or something similar?
Cheers

I'm using Outlook 2002 and I've found that the following procedure will do
exactly what you're looking for:

Create a new recipient in your address book called 'Undisclosed Recipients" and
give it your e-mail address. Important; In the Display-As field, tailor it to
show only the
name.

Compose the message, addressing it to Undisclosed Recipients (which is yourself)
then put all of the recipients names (or the Distribution List) in the Bcc
field. To see the Bcc field, click on View > Bcc Field.
