Underwater Screen Saver

I downloaded the Underwater Screen Saver from my Windows
98 system to a floppy with the hope of being able to use
it on my Windows XP Home Edition. When I try to open the
screen saver, all I get is a black screen. Is there some
type of built-in restriction in the Windows 98 Underwater
screen saver that prevents it from being used in XP, or
have I simply done something incorrectly?
