Most likely, there's some kind of damage in this particular file. Are you
talking about a header at the top of the page? Rather than using Underline, how
about applying a border (Format/Borders and Shading) to the last paragraph? If
necessary, you could even use ENTER to put another paragraph between, then
adjust the line spacing ("exact" setting) until you get the distance you want to
the text.
The headers are Arial 12 pt with 16pt spacing and underlined--the problem is
that the underline is too close to the text, it's right on the bottom edge of
it, when it should be a little bit below it. Style has printed successfully in
other documents, but not in this one, even though the header was imported from
them. Under the Tools menu I tried applying the space for underlining, but
that doesn't work either. Any clue how I might fix this??
