underlines

Hornblower

In the control panel all the words associated with the
icons are underlined. Likewse everywhere else.
I have followed MS suggestions for removing using display
etc but does not work.
Can anyone out there help?

Go to Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/Click items as follows.
