underline each line of text to margin

I have several pages of flush left text that now need to be underlined all
the way past the end of the text itself to the right margin to make the text
look as if it was typed on the justified lines of a notebook. Can I do this
in Word 2007 without having to retype it all?

One way to accomplish underlined text is to place a table with the
appropriate number of rows (with borders) in a text box and then anchor the
text box to the header paragraph, which will make it repeat on all pages
using that header. Note that you probably will have to adjust the line
spacing so that text lines "fit" the border lines of the table rows.
