Undeliverable Mail

I am trying to send an email to a client using my
business email account. The email comes back as
undeliverable. If I send the same email to the same
recipient using my msn email account the they get it.
What could be causing this. The client is using Outlook.

What is the exact text of the NDR/bounce message?
