Undeliverable email error, 550 [PERMFAIL]

I just recently transferred from Time Warner, road runner, to Comcast.net.
They transferred my Outlook 2002 over fine. But now, when I send an email, I
get an undeliverable error message that says, "550 [PERMFAIL] destination not
valid within DNS". Any ideas on how to fix this?
 
Did you change the outgoing mail (SMTP) server in your mail accounts to the
one that Comcast uses? Not changing it could result in the error you mention
