Undeliverable and spam

Suddenly I am getting a lot of "undeliverable e-mail" messages for e-mails
(spam) which I have not knowingly sent. The outgoing messages do not appear
in my sent items box. I have run Norton Anti Virus, Ad Aware and Spybot, all
come back clean. Can this be stopped?

Unfortunately, no. A number of spammers are now using other people's
addresses as the "from" address on their email. You might see a decrease in
this when the new anti-spam law in the US goes into affect, but I wouldn't
hold my breath...
