undelete deleted mail

can i undelete deleted mail? i read help info but i do not have a undelete
button under edit. (e-mail address removed)
 
Deleted messages go to the Deleted Items folder. If you deleted them from
there, then they are not recoverable.

Maybe they leave copies of emails on the server?
In this case, there will still be a copy there.
 
Just select the mails you want to delete, and the use the "delete"-button on
your keyboard.
 
Have you tried highlighting the message in the Deleted Items folder and then Menu Bar>Edit>Copy to Folder?
