Undeletable Files

Hi All,

I recently download some mp3s. I moved them to a different directory
and tried to play them. They didn't play, so supposing that the were
corrupted, I tried to delete them, but got an access denied error
message. I closed all my apps and tried to delete them again. Same
thing.

So then I thought that there was an error in the file system, so I
scheduled chkdsk to run and rebooted. It said that it was recovering
lost files but gave no more info, but those files still don't work and
still can't be deleted.

Any ideas how I can clean up my file system?
