Why in XP did they have to go and change SFP to more than a checker like
in win98? Now they think we're too simple to know what files we need and
what we don't so that files are locked. For example if I wanted to uninstall
my OE I can't go and delete the OE folder. The old SFP would say what files
were missing or needed and you extracted them from cabinet archives. Simple
enough. There is a hack around this but the way XP is designed you can get
into trouble. Does XP have a SFP scanner?
