UndefinedFontNotRemoved - MS PCLXLFont 018

Everytime I print a document I get a last page with "UndefinedFontNotRemoved
- MS PCLXLFont 018" printed on the top. I don't know how to "define" a font
let alone "undefine" one. This is making my secretary nuts. Help!!
