UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows

current directory. UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows
directory. "

If I log into a users PC this does not appear but with the user logging
in I receive the above error? The path exists that it is trying to
access so I'm wondering if this is a local PC problem or a scripting
problem.
