unbuffered

I noticed that most ram on ebay doesn't say if it's unbuffered or
registered. Anyone know why? What kind do you think most of it is?
 
Most comps just use "unbuffered" & "unregistered".
For servers & other high spec devices you can expect the other more
expensive stuff.
And no, most time (all?) you can't mix it.

It's unbuffered/unregistered unless stated otherwise.
