unblock pop up

I tried to run learn direct cd but not successfull, its
says "A Window pop up blocked". Is any one can help how to
unblock it?

Turn off your popup blocker, or change the settings to allow this site to
popup windows.

Have you download XP SP2, it has a popup blocker built in. When the window
is blocked look at the top of the IE window that is trying to launch the
popup, can you see a yellow band, if so right click and allow the popup.
