Unauthorizes access???

My computer is on, I'm not using it, and not connected to
the Internet (I have DSL). I go to shut down and a
message comes up saying, "other people are logged on to
this computer. Shutting down Windows might cause them to
lose data. Do you want to continue shutting down?"
I'v installed a firewall router, and still have this
message coming up. Any suggestions? I've scanned three
times for viruses, but none have been found.
Thanks.
 
Have you noticed any unusually heavy drive activity?
