Others logged on to my computer

When shutting down the computer a Widows XP message
appears "Other poeple are logged on to your computer.
Shutting down might cause them to lose data. Do you want
to continue shutting down? Yes or No I say yes." What can
I do to stop this from happening? Thanks

If you intended to have other users, then you should ensure to contact
them before you shutdown the machine.

If you don't intend to have other users, then fix the permissions on
