You mean something like:

..NET Framework 1.1
-----------------------------
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet\dotnetfx.exe /q /c:"install /q"
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet\NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe /q /i
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet\NDP1.1sp1-KB886903-X86.exe /q /i
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet\NDP1.1sp1-KB928366-X86.exe /q /i

..NET Framework 2.0
-----------------------------
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet2\dotnetfx2.exe /q /c:"install /q"
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet2\ndp20-kb917283-x86.exe /passive /q
/norestart
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet2\ndp20-kb922770-x86.exe /passive /q
/norestart
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet2\NDP20-KB928365-X86.exe /passive /q
/norestart

..NET Framework 3.0
-----------------------------
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet3\dotnetfx3.exe /q /norestart
start /wait z:\packages\dotnet3\netfx30-kb932471-x86-enu.exe /passive /q
/norestart

(to start with.)

If making an unattended installation, might look at:
