Unattended intallation error

Hi,
I'm currently testing ways to deploy XP Pro and have just
tried the distribution share method booting from a DOS
disk.
I'm trying to install it using the following command

winnt /s:\\ox1\windist\i386 /u:\\ox1\windist\

I get the following error message

Windows XP Setup
=================
An internal Setup error has occurred
Could not find a place for a swap file
Setup cannot continue. Press Enter to exit

Erm.... HELP! :)
Any ideas gratefully recieved!
