Unattended Installation

Here's my command:
\\mhsit2\win2000dist\winnt32 /unattend c:unattend.txt

Everything works find up untill the answer file. I get the
first splash screen, then the Windows Help screen with
Winnt32 selected.

I am trying to run a single ugrade. Any ideas?
