Unattended installation of WinXP whitout floppy

Is it possible to do an unattended installation of WinXP (via cd-rom)
without the floppy?

Thanks for the fast reply.
However this KB requires that you have a floppy drive. My question was if it
was possible to do without the it. Many new laptops comes without floppy
drives.

Assuming you have any kind of network, you can install Windows XP by
booting from floppy, CD-ROM, USB memory stick, or the network itself.
See <http://unattended.sourceforge.net/> for one approach.

was looking for.
