If you haven't done so already, you might want to get your
installation CD and expand Support/Tools/Deploy.cab. Take a
look at ref.chm.

Here's what I condider to be an excellent guide:

Start with the instructions from the "Beginning Users" button
in the navigation bar near the top of the web page. You can
then move on to Intermediate and Advanced.
