Unattend install of Win2K does not restart after setup finishes copying files

Hello!

Need some. I am doing an unattended network installation
of Windows 2000 Server. Once the winnt.exe command line is
executed, setup begins to copy files. The problem is when
the file copy reaches 100% it just stops and I have to hit
Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. It should automatically do
this! Can anyone help me with this? Is there a switch I
can use to make it restart?
