Unallocated HDD space

Hi! Hope someone can help me.
After reinstalling windows and deleting partitions from
the setup screen, I find I've lost 25Gb from a 160Gb HDD.

Using freeware I managed to detect it as being unallocated
space, I can't seem to find it in windows XP (home). I've
done some searching and discovered that Windows XP has a
disk management system, will allocate this missing space
back to me? I'm at work at the moment and can't check.

I've found my computer->manage->disk managment but can't
see the unallocated space there, not sure if this is the
same tool

Does your XP Home have SP1 installed?? It sound like you have the capacity
problem of drivers greater than 137GB. SP1 corrects this.
