Unaccessable Boot Device

A couple weeks ago we purchased a Win 2K Professional download (below, in
bold are the instructions you sent with the download). When we attempted to
install it, everything went wrong. 1st, according to your instructions, the
CD will be bootable. Not only is the CD un-bootable, it is un-usable;
because it is an ISO file (image). Is there some way to burn the ISO image
on a CD so that it is not an image file (some sort of automatic extraction
process)? We downloaded Nero, using the link you sent us. After installing
Nero; we cannot find a way to automatically extract the image file, and burn
it to a CD.

Next; we downloaded Win 2K Pro boot disk files from the web. We then tried
to install Win 2000, booting from these disks. Although we have a Maxtor
hard drive, formatted in FAT 32, that we can access from Win 98, and XP, we
can not install Win 2K on it. We get a stop error that says:
Unaccessable_boot_device. Next we tried extracting the ISO image with a
program called Undisker. We then tried to install Win 2K with the boot
disks again. The first attempt we got an error that said: Unable to locate
EULA (end user license agreement), installation stopped. We have tried to
install many times sine then, but we continually get the stop error that
says: unaccessable_boot_device.

Please help us resolve these issues.

Installation instructions:
In order to install the software you will need to have software that can
burn ISO images on the clean CDs (assuming you have a CD writing device).
1. Insert a new, clean CD into your CD writing device.
2. Open software that can burn the ISO images (we recommend Nero Burn for
the purpose)
3. Burn the ISO image on the clean CD.
4. Once writing process finishes, you may boot off the CD and process with
the installation.

I use Roxio Easy CD Creator. With Roxio, you can go to File, Record Disk
from Image,
select your iso image file, and proceed with burning a CD.

The other CD burning software such as Nero will have a similar option.
