This is a fine choice for a newsgroup, but you haven't given us enough info
to go on. Please try posting with exact error messages, what you've tried,
etc - your post is too light on detail for anyone to do more than hazard a
guess.

That said - Housecall doesn't really *install* anything on your computer,
that I'm aware of.

Hi Lanwench,
Have managed to eliminate the "housecall 6.6", listing in Add/Remove by
using system restore.
I don't know how it got there but it's gone now. Many thanks for your
response.
