Unable to view text on PowerPoint chart

Recently, when sending a deck of PowerPoint charts to a list of co-workers,
some of the recipients are not able to view the text on a couple of the
charts. Apparently, when printing the charts, the text "appears". Has anyone
run across this situation? What would create this and how do I resolve?
