I've a problem here. Currently, all users are using Office 97 with Outlook
98. They're able to read all their emails in all folders and their outlook
are configured to deliver email into the Exchange Server (not into personal
folder).

We have the intention to upgrade their Office application. We've used a
computer and installed with Office XP (together with Outlook 2002). We've
configured their profile thru Start-> control Panel->Mail. They're not able
to read their mails in inbox. However, they're able to view other folders and
subfolders in the inbox.

To minimize the disruption, i've reverted back to Office 97 with Outlook 98
and they're able to view all folders, including Inbox.

Please advise.

Thanks

in outlook 98, where the messages in the Inbox folder, or just under Mail
Box- User Name?
If they were under MailBox-User Name, you need to move them into the Inbox
folder before they will show up.

in outlook 98, there are subfolders created in the inbox. there're mails in
the main inbox and subfolders. User will just manually shift email according
to subject after reading any incoming emails. Any new incoming emails are
still delivered to inbox.

I tried sending affect users an email and folder list (left of the outlook)
indicated there's a new email but on my right side of the outlook showing
blank.
