Unable to view Inbox contents

I am connected to an exchange server and I am unable to view the contents of
my inbox. On the left, it shows that I have messages in my inbox. I can
view all of my folders that I have created in my inbox and their contents.
When trying to access the inbox the right hand side is gray and says "unable
to display the folder." I spoke to my administrator and it is showing that
my account is not locked out and that I am logging in successfully. HELP!

Griz,

I don't know how much you know about this or if your administrator will need
to do this for you, but check active directory and make sure you have your
advanced options turned on, then check exchange advanced tab and click on the
mailbox rights button, you will get that error when you do not have full
control of the inbox.

Hope that helps,
Mike

Mike:

I can tell you that I just logged into my email from another computer on the
network. I asked my admin to reinstall Office. Hopefully this will work.

do you have something accessing your inbox - like a search utility ? if a
utility is accessing the folder you'll get this error.
