Unable to view in multiple windows

It seems ever since we installed Office, things have gone haywire with the
rest of our computer. My problem right now is that I can no longer open new
pages or lincs in a seperate window. They all open in the same window and
will only back up to when the new request was added. So I have to close up
and restart my viewing process. Makes E-bay a challenge. How do I get that
function back. I connect with a DSL, I use winXP svc pk2, IE6.0 w/svc pk 2.

Click Apply | Click OK
