unable to view folder's name in drive C

Hi all,

i have installed a network monitoring software (CiscoWorks) running on
windows 2k standard server with SP4. the installed software is working fine.
however i have a problem with the server whereby i can't view the name of
folders in drive C. we can see the folder, but not the name of the folder.
for example " program file". If we want to see the name of the folder, we
have to click on the folder and only then the name will be displayed.

FYI, the problem is only exist on drive C.

one more thing, where can i send the attachment so that everybody could have
better picture of my problem.

Hiya

First off, the software that you've installed called CiscoWorks: Which
website is it? Is it this one:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2425/

If not, can you point us to the one it is.

As for the attachments, you can only view/add via a Newsgroup reader, most
common one is Outlook Express.

However, many may read either from the Microsoft Newsgroups area, like
myself, or Google. In which case, we cannot see the attachments.
