Unable to use transition effects...

Hi everybody !

I've got several photos that I would like to set in a mini-movie with
transition effects between each of them.
I import the photos under a WMM 2 collection, I set them in the chronologic
ruler, but when I drag and drop any effect between the pictures, WMM2 shuts
down...
I started reinstall the program and my graphic card drivers (NVIDIA GeForce
4MX 440) but the problem still happens...
Does anybody have any troubleshoot tip to help me ?

Je voudrais construire un diaporama de photos sous WMM2, avec des effets de
transition entre chacune d'entre elles.
J'importe donc les photos dans une collection sous WMM2, je les assemble
dans la barre de chronologie, mais lorsque je veux placer un effet de
transition entre deux photos, le programme se ferme sans rien sauvegarder...
J'ai tenté de réinstaller le programme ainsi que les drivers de ma carte

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré et résolu ce problème ?

Transitions and effects are two different tools. You
drag and drop effects directly *onto* a clip, transitions
get placed between clips. If you're trying to put an
effect between clips as well as a transition, this could
well be your problem. Also some tools will not work with
some picture formats.
