unable to use spyrecon software

i installed spyrecon complete on my computer and i can only sign in sometimes
and when i can i cant view logs. does anyone know how to configure this
particular software and how i can get it to run. ive installed mozilla and
enabled the program in my firewall systems, but i need to run it. thank you
